Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Supply Chain Management team in bespoke product personalization and fulfillment activities
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery of custom products
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock
- Track and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient production workflows
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order status and fulfillment timelines
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in production support or supply chain operations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems
