- Collaborate closely with clients to identify business needs and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and recommend actionable strategies for process improvement.
- Lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Support the development of business cases and ROI models to justify strategic investments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related transformation role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.
