Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive chemical analysis and material characterization using spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy techniques
- Execute standardized testing protocols to verify material properties and compliance with industry specifications
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting test methodologies, results, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate material failures and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in method development and validation for new testing procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related analytical field
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience in materials testing or chemical analysis
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments (HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, SEM)
- Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, or other industry testing standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation practices
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively
