Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their specific IT needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to foster long-term client retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and pre-sales teams to design and deliver sophisticated IT solution proposals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a market edge.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts within the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ICT infrastructure, software solutions, and cloud services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value propositions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
