We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate, Company Secretary to join our high-performing team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical support to the Corporate Secretary, ensuring seamless governance and compliance across our diverse portfolio of entities throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Japan, India, and South Korea.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Corporate Secretary in managing statutory compliance for entities across Singapore, Japan, India, South Korea, and other Asian jurisdictions.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, board packs, and minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Maintain and update corporate registers, minute books, and statutory records in accordance with local regulations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely filings.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns and other statutory documents with ACRA and equivalent regional regulators.
- Monitor and implement changes in local corporate governance codes and best practices.
- Support corporate restructuring projects, including entity incorporations, capital changes, and liquidations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Membership or working toward professional qualification with a recognized governance body (e.g., ICSA/CSIA/SAICSA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in company secretarial services, preferably within an asset management or multinational corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and experience navigating cross-border regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in an Asian language (Japanese or Korean) is a distinct advantage.
- High degree of proficiency in entity management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment with meticulous attention to detail.
