Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, organize, and maintain corporate documents, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for senior management and various departments.
- Handle general office administration duties, including managing office supplies, vendor relations, and facility requests.
- Support compliance efforts by assisting with policy implementation, regulatory filings, and internal audits.
- Facilitate smooth internal communications, disseminating information and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for corporate projects, events, and initiatives.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the overall operational efficiency of the company.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative, corporate support, or operations role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Proactive attitude, able to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
