Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients and candidates via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users navigating the background screening platform and resolve account or application issues.
- Translate, verify, and document candidate background information accurately from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Collaborate with internal operations, verification, and compliance teams to ensure timely report generation.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering empathetic, prompt, and accurate solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to global data privacy laws, security standards, and company compliance policies.
- Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate technical support teams or team leads when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in both spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 level, or native proficiency).
- Strong professional communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Client Relations, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, active listening skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness and capability to work in a hybrid setup based in Alabang, Metro Manila.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard MS Office applications.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
