Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor following standard procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate. College graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Amenable to work onsite in our Cebu facility.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
