Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding account balances, transactions, and banking services
- Process transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system following compliance protocols
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated customer concerns promptly
- Meet performance metrics for call handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn quickly
