Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing expert product recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure consistent service standards and operational efficiency across the floor.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support visual merchandising displays.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote loyalty programs to maximize revenue and customer retention.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, specifically Point of Sale (POS) and inventory software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business or Retail Management is an advantage).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock handling and store maintenance.
