Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or BPO environments is a plus.
