- Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex account inquiries.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer financial issues with speed and accuracy while maintaining company compliance.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve high-priority concerns effectively.
- Educate customers on various Wells Fargo products, services, and digital solutions to enhance their banking experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to strict data security protocols and financial regulatory guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or BPO environments is a plus.
