Tanggung Jawab
- Develop trend-forward apparel designs, from initial sketches to final technical packages.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm seasonal concepts and color palettes.
- Create detailed tech packs including construction details, fabric specs, and trim requirements.
- Participate in garment fittings and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and fit integrity.
- Conduct continuous market research to stay updated on emerging fashion trends and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and ensure design specifications are met.
- Support the production process by troubleshooting design-related issues during the development cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fashion design or apparel product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) is essential.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing original design work and technical documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to changing design requirements.
