Tanggung Jawab
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive interface designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with high fidelity.
- Participate in design critiques and collaborative workshops to foster innovation and cross-team alignment.
- Stay current with emerging UX trends, technologies, and accessibility standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UX/UI design processes, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
