Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients.
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Drive P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion.
- Implement and optimize Agile delivery methodologies to improve velocity and engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with global delivery centers to ensure seamless resource allocation and technical alignment.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, providing robust escalation management and proactive solutioning.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or program management capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-stakes digital product engineering or enterprise software projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/DevOps frameworks and their application in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong technical background in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), modern web/mobile stacks, or AI/ML integrations.
- Experience in budget management, resource forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA from a reputable institution is highly preferred.
