- Lead structural design for high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, and complex building systems
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Control Act and international design codes
- Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, managing budgets and timelines
- Drive innovation in sustainable structural systems and seismic-resistant solutions
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for integrated project delivery
- Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance for critical structural components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's/PhD preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Singapore or equivalent international certification
- 12+ years of structural engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record on high-rise building projects (200m+ structures)
- Expertise in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and construction practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
