Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive EAM coverage strategies to maximize portfolio growth and client retention.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers across the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving cross-selling initiatives to enhance the client value proposition.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client coverage, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Operations, and Product units, to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape within the financial services sector.
- Drive the resolution of complex client issues, ensuring high levels of service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise asset management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or associate director capacity.
- Proven track record in relationship management, coverage strategy, and driving business growth within a corporate or institutional banking environment.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance standards and risk management protocols applicable to Singaporean financial institutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
