Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the electrical building services department, ensuring high-quality design and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing technical advice and strategic project direction.
- Oversee project lifecycle from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers and designers to foster internal growth and technical excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with local Singaporean building codes, safety regulations, and international standards.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to successful project proposals and bids.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary leads (Mechanical, Public Health, Structural) to provide integrated engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) status with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore is highly preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy environment.
- Proven track record in project management for large-scale, complex building developments.
- Strong knowledge of BIM/Revit workflows and sustainable design principles (e.g., Green Mark, LEED).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.
