  • Partner with leadership to drive customer experience innovation and solutioning.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of scalable BPO solutions that generate measurable business impact.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Develop and implement service strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and performance targets are achieved.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate service offerings.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engagement processes.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a pipeline of future leaders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in engagement services, client management, or BPO operations.
  • Proven track record of driving customer experience innovation and delivering large-scale solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the BPO industry, including operational metrics and best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment with multiple stakeholders.
