Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to prospective merchants through outbound calling, email, and social selling channels.
- Consult with business owners to understand their operational pain points and demonstrate how StoreHub solutions drive growth.
- Manage your individual sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets set by the sales management team.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen negotiation skills and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during prospect conversations.
