We are now recruiting for an Associate Director, IT to join our Singapore site, specifically based at our state-of-the-art Tuas manufacturing facility. The Associate Director, IT plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional business-IT initiatives, ensuring that technology solutions align perfectly with AbbVie’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading the IT function for the Tuas site, overseeing critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational excellence. As the IT leader for this site, you will champion digital transformation, manage complex vendor relationships, and foster a culture of innovation within the IT team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure for the Tuas manufacturing site.
- Drive cross-functional business-IT initiatives to support operational excellence and business growth.
- Oversee IT budget management, resource allocation, and vendor relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with global IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain robust IT systems, including ERP, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and security tools.
- Collaborate with global IT functions to standardize processes and leverage best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems within a manufacturing or life sciences environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of delivering IT solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
