Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for logistics and transportation across the APAC region.
- Oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical logistics, ensuring supply chain resilience, cost effectiveness, and compliance with global standards.
- Lead contract negotiations with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and warehousing providers to secure optimal terms.
- Manage total cost of ownership (TCO) for logistics procurement, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to GDP (Good Distribution Practices), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards across the supply chain.
- Drive digital transformation in logistics procurement, leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team within the APAC region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement and logistics management, heavily focused on the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven experience in leading logistics procurement at a regional level (APAC), managing complex international supply chains.
- Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical logistics, including cold chain management, GDP, and regulatory compliance (FDA, HSA, EMA).
- Demonstrated success in driving cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in implementing procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and supply chain digitalization is highly desirable.
