CBRE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Property Management to lead our residential projects portfolio in Singapore. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical condition, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of a diverse range of high-value residential assets. You will provide strategic direction, manage a team of property professionals, and ensure that each property operates at peak efficiency while delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive property inspections, developing and managing operating budgets, implementing capital improvement plans, and ensuring full compliance with local laws and industry standards. You will also drive tenant satisfaction initiatives, negotiate lease agreements, and cultivate long-term relationships with owners, investors, and community partners. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will contribute to business development efforts, identify opportunities for portfolio growth, and champion best practices in property management.

- Oversee the physical condition, financial performance, and compliance of a portfolio of residential properties
- Conduct regular property inspections and asset tours to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reports
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers and support staff
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and key stakeholders
- Drive tenant retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
- Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to optimize asset performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing residential portfolios in Singapore or the region
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or equivalent are highly preferred
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements and business growth
