Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling relevant financial solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead high-value client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for complex banking needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including credit, treasury, and product teams, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior relationship managers to foster team development and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to risk management policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in banking, with a strong focus on SME or Corporate Banking.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Deep understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management frameworks.
