Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand SMU's global university partnerships and student exchange networks.
- Manage the International Office’s operational workflow, ensuring high standards of service for incoming and outgoing international students.
- Represent the university at global higher education conferences and networking events to promote SMU's academic programs.
- Collaborate with internal faculties and departments to facilitate cross-border research and academic collaborations.
- Oversee the administration of international grant programs and mobility scholarship funding.
- Analyze trends in international education to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff to deliver exceptional administrative support and student advisory services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in an international education or higher education administrative role.
- Proven track record in partnership development and stakeholder management within a multicultural environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and budget oversight.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and an additional language being an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the higher education landscape in Singapore and internationally.
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced academic environment.
