Join Cargill as an Associate Environmental Health and Safety Specialist and play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our environmental health and safety management programs. As part of our dedicated EHS team, you will conduct regular workplace inspections, identify potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries. - Implement and maintain environmental health and safety management systems
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations and company policies
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
- Assist in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in EHS role or related field
- Knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office applications
