Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement or retention marketing
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience in digital media or telecommunications industry preferred
