Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement RF network optimization strategies for 4G/LTE and 5G networks.
- Perform drive tests and analyze signal quality to ensure optimal network coverage and capacity.
- Troubleshoot complex RF interference issues and propagation problems.
- Conduct field audits and site surveys to support network densification and expansion.
- Monitor KPIs such as Call Drop Rate and Throughput to drive performance enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy telco infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in RF Engineering, 4G/LTE, or 5G network optimization.
- Strong understanding of RF propagation principles and wireless standards (3GPP).
- Proficiency in using RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, or similar software).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in field environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
