Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to meet project milestones.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct simulations and data analysis to support design decisions and validation.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Participate in continuous learning and development sessions to stay abreast of new engineering trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CAD or simulation software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Singaporean / PR preferred due to the nature of the role and training provided.
