Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of circuits and production components to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
- Analyze test data and production metrics to optimize equipment performance and improve overall manufacturing yield.
- Collaborate with the Process Engineering team to implement new quality control measures and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of production data.
- Document test procedures, results, and deviation reports in compliance with ISO and company quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and minimize production downtime.
- Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment production, semiconductor manufacturing, or electronics testing.
- Strong understanding of circuit board testing, component analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated inspection systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical findings clearly.
- Familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes and assembly techniques is a plus.
