Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and components
- Document test procedures, results, and technical specifications using engineering standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment malfunctions and optimize performance
- Analyze test data to identify failure patterns and recommend process improvements
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Support new equipment integration and validation activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment testing, manufacturing, or semiconductor production
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and technical documentation standards
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes preferred
