We are currently seeking a dedicated Associate Engineer, Equipment Production to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our equipment production process. You will perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, and systems to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. By identifying issues and implementing effective solutions, you will help optimize production efficiency and maintain the reliability of our equipment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute test plans for electronic circuits, components, and assemblies to verify performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
- Document test procedures, results, and maintenance activities in accordance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Entry-level experience (0-2 years) in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or equipment production is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
