We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Engineer, Equipment Production to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our advanced production machinery. You will perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting of complex circuits and components, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence in the semiconductor industry.
As an Associate Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers and production staff to diagnose technical issues, optimize equipment performance, and implement corrective measures. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment while supporting critical production goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, and subsystems on production equipment.
- Analyze system failures to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Document technical data, test results, and system configurations accurately.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and repair of high-precision assembly machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support to operators and junior engineers during production runs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong foundational knowledge of circuit theory, signal processing, and electronic components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation systems is a plus.
