As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of circuits, components, and production systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and production teams to diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits, components, and production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of new production equipment and systems.
- Analyze test data, identify failure patterns, and prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure all activities comply with company safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, root cause analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment testing, maintenance, or production support.
- Proficiency in using test and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
- Solid understanding of circuit theory, analog/digital electronics, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, or semiconductor equipment is an added advantage.
