Tanggung Jawab
- Execute rigorous testing protocols for semiconductor assembly equipment, ensuring all systems meet technical specifications.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting on circuit boards, control systems, and mechanical components to identify and resolve defects.
- Perform calibration of complex equipment to maintain manufacturing accuracy and reliability.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure precise assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional production teams to improve assembly efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Maintain detailed production logs and test reports, documenting findings for quality assurance audits.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and cleanroom protocols to ensure a safe production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor equipment environment.
- Strong working knowledge of circuit analysis, PCB troubleshooting, and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using precision test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering schematics and technical blueprints.
- Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.
