Tanggung Jawab
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, and equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Analyze test data and document findings to support process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production workflows.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Support the installation and qualification of new equipment.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in equipment testing, troubleshooting, or production support (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment or manufacturing processes is a plus.
