In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational excellence of our frontend process and equipment modules.
As an Associate Engineer, you will work a 12-hour permanent shift, providing essential support to maintain production uptime and process stability. You will be at the forefront of manufacturing innovation, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) to optimize yields. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and preventive checks to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues within frontend modules.
- Monitor production processes closely to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to identify process deviations.
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams to implement continuous improvement projects for equipment efficiency.
- Document technical findings and maintenance logs accurately for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Execute equipment calibrations and ensure tools are operating within specified parameters.
- Participate in shift handover briefings to ensure seamless production continuity across all 12-hour rotations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
- Prior experience in a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and basic troubleshooting equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and SPC charts.
- Proven ability to work independently in a 12-hour permanent shift environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing production needs.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods while adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.
