Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise mechanical and electrical assembly of semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct systematic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical or system-level faults.
- Perform equipment calibration and ensure that all machinery meets strict safety and quality performance standards.
- Maintain accurate assembly records and documentation to ensure compliance with internal quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement continuous improvements in the assembly process.
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring technical issues to enhance equipment reliability.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety, health, and environmental policies (WSH) while handling complex components.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in machine assembly or technical maintenance, preferably within the semiconductor or aerospace industries.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly manuals.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and hand tools (multimeters, torque wrenches, etc.).
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and complex troubleshooting.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and perform shift duties if required.
