Tanggung Jawab
- Support wire bonding and die attach processes to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality
- Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot technical issues in semiconductor assembly operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and reduce defects
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, specifications, and quality control measures
- Participate in process validation and qualification activities for new manufacturing technologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly wire bonding and die attach
- Familiarity with process control methodologies and quality assurance systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot technical problems systematically
