We are partnering with a well-known, industry-leading manufacturing company to recruit a motivated Associate Engineer to join their production team in the West of Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-volume production environments and contribute to operational excellence.
As an Associate Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our production lines operate at peak efficiency. You will be tasked with monitoring machinery, performing routine troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily output targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain production line equipment to ensure continuous and smooth operation.
- Conduct routine technical checks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize workflow and increase output efficiency.
- Ensure all production activities strictly adhere to company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of production output, machine maintenance, and downtime events.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor.
- Train and guide junior operators on equipment handling and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and basic schematic diagrams.
- Commitment to a 5-day work week and readiness to adapt to production schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based culture.
- Knowledge of safety regulations such as ISO standards or WSH practices is highly advantageous.
