Join STATS ChipPAC's dynamic engineering team as an Associate Engineer (Reliability) and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of semiconductor devices. In this hands-on position, you'll conduct comprehensive reliability testing in our state-of-the-art laboratory environment, validating product performance under various stress conditions. Your responsibilities will include meticulous sample preparation, detailed device inspection using advanced microscopy techniques, and precise electrical testing to identify potential failure modes. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute reliability testing procedures (HALT, HASS, ESS) on semiconductor devices
- Prepare and handle test samples with strict adherence to protocols
- Perform detailed device inspections using optical and scanning electron microscopy
- Conduct electrical parametric testing to validate device performance
- Document test results, analyze failure mechanisms, and generate reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement reliability improvements
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices and failure analysis techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, curve tracers, environmental chambers)
- Strong attention to detail and precision in testing procedures
- Ability to interpret technical data and documentation
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with MS Office and data analysis software
