Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production output.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and prevent defects.
- Analyze production data and escalate technical anomalies to senior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Document daily operational logs and maintain strict compliance with safety and cleanroom protocols.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of precision tools and instrumentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance yield and product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or cleanroom protocols is an advantage.
