Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor semiconductor production machinery to ensure high output efficiency.
- Perform regular equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor process parameters and report any deviations to the engineering team immediately.
- Ensure compliance with strict safety and cleanroom protocols at all times.
- Document daily production activities and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational throughput.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform shift work as required by the production schedule.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
