Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) Singapore is seeking a motivated Associate Engineer or Senior Associate Engineer to join our high-performing CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) Automation team in Tampines. In this role, you will be the backbone of our fab's operational efficiency, ensuring that our Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) run seamlessly 24/7.
You will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of our facility, translating complex technical requirements into smooth production workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily operation and maintenance of Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) to ensure zero downtime.
- Conduct systematic tool performance monitoring and generate detailed analytical reports.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical anomalies, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and cross-functional engineering teams to manage equipment upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system modifications and maintenance activities.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure consistent communication across technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase throughput and system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in CIM, AMHS, or semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in automation software, control systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Proactive team player with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
