Private Advertiser, a dynamic player in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a proactive Associate Engineer / Technician to join our team in Pioneer, West Region. In this hands-on role, you will be pivotal in assembling, setting up, and troubleshooting state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment while receiving expert engineering support. You'll work closely with our experienced engineers to ensure equipment reliability, optimize performance, and maintain seamless production processes.
Your daily responsibilities will include component assembly, system integration, calibration, and executing detailed test procedures. You will be the first line of defense in diagnosing technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly and integration of semiconductor equipment components per engineering specifications
- Configure and calibrate equipment for production readiness, ensuring alignment with performance standards
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and diagnostics on equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to optimize machine performance and reliability
- Document repairs, modifications, and test results in compliance with company protocols
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment assembly and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with hand tools, test equipment, and precision measuring instruments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts if required
- Basic knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, or fluid dynamics is an advantage
