As an Associate Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of 4G LTE networks. You will be on the front lines of site surveys, RF testing, and system optimization, ensuring that our connectivity remains top-tier. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate technical feasibility for network infrastructure deployment.
- Perform field testing and RF optimization to maintain signal integrity and improve network coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Radio Frequency (RF) issues reported across various sites.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of telecommunications equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation and status reports regarding site performance and maintenance activities.
- Support the seamless rollout of 4G LTE upgrades and associated network hardware.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of wireless communication principles and RF technology.
- Proficiency in using telecommunications testing tools and software (e.g., drive test software, spectrum analyzers).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an eye for technical detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, as site visits are required.
