Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain telecommunications network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of telecommunication hardware and software systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
- Document network changes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network upgrades and expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in telco is a plus.
- Strong understanding of fundamental networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching).
- Proficiency in basic network diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the East region and commit to a 1-year contract duration.
