Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and configure complex test equipment and instrumentation in accordance with technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspection of test rigs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and process improvements in the company’s digital systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify equipment bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations during all testing and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and production operators regarding equipment usage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in test equipment setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, measurement tools, and production processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, circuit schematics, and assembly manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (if applicable).
