Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and monitor communication systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to voice and data networks.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff and end-users.
- Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for system maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, PBX, and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
