Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and map them to standard ERP functionalities, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Configure and customize ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, Procurement, HR) to meet specific client needs and industry standards.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to testing, training, and successful go-live support.
- Conduct rigorous system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the solution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, business process diagrams, and user training manuals.
- Provide responsive post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring high levels of user adoption and client satisfaction.
- Bridge the gap between business users and technical developers, translating complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Stay current with the latest ERP trends, system updates, and industry best practices to continuously deliver maximum value to our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in ERP implementation, IT consulting, or business process analysis. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
- A solid grasp of core business processes, particularly in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive attitude towards learning; familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or local solutions) is a strong plus.
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days WFH) based in Braddell, Central Region, Singapore.
