Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Support procurement operations within the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide solutions.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports and necessary documentation for audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles, supply chain processes, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with SAP systems or ERP software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
